• Learn the important principles of the regulations on working at height as laid down by the European and Belgian laws in this area. Be able to identify and understand the Personal Protection Equipment (helmet, harness, ropes, positioning lanyards, descender, pulleys, etc.), used in the fall arrest systems (fall prevention and work positioning).
• Be able to identify Collective Protective Equipment (fixed anchor points, safety lines, safety ladders, railings, scaffolding, cherry pickers and more).
• Be capable of advising and implementing an adequate preventive or corrective solution as regards the risk of falling.
