Engema, the subcontractor of Elia, has given us the task of improving the technical level of their climbers, developing risk analyzes on site and providing safety data sheets for their technicians and customers.
Several of our students, trained in the use of P.P.E. were recruited by Engema as part of our collaboration.
These students were all job seekers. They came to us on their own initiative or via our partner Mirena and attended our module 4 "basic techniques of working on ropes". A good example of optimal cooperation!
